This document will contemplate an action plan to replicate the processes implemented in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Training in the use of data exploitation tools:<\/strong><br><strong>\u25cb Manual for the use of tools<\/strong> where the visualization of<br>data and KPIs, including:<br><strong>\u25aa Instructions <\/strong>explaining step by step how to use the tool. HE<br>will indicate how to access said tool, how to navigate through its interface<br>user, how to customize existing visualizations, and how to filter and transform the<br>data in cases where it is desired and possible.<br><strong>\u25aa Practical examples<\/strong> that illustrate how to use the tool, identify patterns and<br>trends in visualizations and make smart decisions based on data.<br>\u25aa Guide that guarantees the <strong>safety of the tool<\/strong> and where a plan is specified<br>mitigation of the detected risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Use case: Implementation of KPIs.<\/strong><br><strong>\u25cf\u2002Report with detailed schematics,<\/strong> technical specifications and generated data visualization, including:<br>\u25cb The configuration of the personalized dashboard created for data visualization, along with the monitoring of the implemented KPIs that allow tracking of these.<br><strong>\u25cb Functional summary of the KPI visualization structure,<\/strong> including the data origin of the KPIs, and the processing of the data until the final visualization.<br><strong>\u25cb The description of the configurations of each component,<\/strong> as well as the details of the technologies used in the implementation of software, servers, programs and other tools used positive and\/or negative of these (e.g. precise, redundant, difficult to measure , etc.).<br><strong>\u25cb Proposal for the creation of new KPIs:<\/strong> Propose the creation of KPIs based on the analysis carried out.
